For shipments outside the EU, we handle all required export documentation — phytosanitary certificates, commercial invoices, and packing lists. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We're experienced with international wood shipments and will guide you through any requirements specific to your country.
Shipping is quoted individually with each order, based on weight, dimensions, destination, and preferred service level. Request a quote and we'll include a detailed shipping estimate.
Every piece is individually wrapped in protective material and packed in sturdy cardboard or wooden crates depending on size. Slabs and larger orders get extra reinforcement. Our goal is simple — your wood arrives in the same condition it left our workshop.
We work with trusted logistics partners across Europe and internationally. Small orders ship via parcel services (GSL, DHL, UPS, Post), while larger loads move on pallets through our freight network. We'll find the best option for your order size and destination.
